Missionary Jered Plopinio, from the Philippines will present his work and burden to return to the Philippines with missionary support. He is presently in Bible school in Marietta, Ohio, for pastoral training.
We will celebrate as Harvest Sunday. We will take up a Harvest Offering and have a Harvest Feast.
Pastor Phil Betz, camp director at Iowa Regular Baptist Camp, will be our guest speaker in the morning service. He will also be presenting the need of the camp's “Next Generation Campaign” to raise support for a new building project they call “The Rock.”
Randy Chovan has been a Pastor and an Evangelist for over 30 years. He has traveled extensively, preaching the Gospel on six continents. He possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge that enhances his biblical preaching.
Evangelist Chovan is married and has three children. His wife, Grace Morrell Chovan, shares in the ministry through sacred recitations. The Chovans make their home in Huntsville, AL.
The revival services will begin at 10:30 Sunday morning, 6:30 Sunday evening and continue through Thursday at 7:00 each evening. Pastor Paul McDowell encourages all to attend these services to hear Bible-based messages that will give life changing understanding of the Word of God.
We have Evangelist Timothy Silcott here on Oct. 27, for the Sunday School Hour at 9:30, the Morning Service at 10:30, and the Evening Service at 6:30 p.m. He is also a ventriloquist, and he will do some ventriloquism in one of the morning services and probably in the Evening Service.

June 9 in the Evening Service we will have with us Brother Paul Muzzey filling in for Pastor McDowell as he heads off to counsel at Special Camp.
We will have our Vacation Bible School 9:00 to 11:30 a.m, ages 4 yrs. through 6th grade. There will be an offering for a missionary project, but there is no registration fee or other cost to attend. There will be a closing program on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m
June 2 in the Evening Service we will have with us Brother Glendon Gray with Bibles to the Nations. There will be a love offering.
The church will hold its quarterly business meeting on October 10 at 7 PM.
There will be a youth fellowship meal at the church on October 10 at 6 PM.
Missionary Lee Peterson will be our guest speaker for the a.m. and p.m. church services on
Sunday, September 16.

This year's Vacation Bible School will complete with a closing program at the church.

We will take up a free will offering for a missionary or mission endeavor each day. There will be a closing program Friday night at 7 p.m. Cost is free!
Camp Pre-Registrations for 2018 are due May 15. Registrations postmarked after May 15 will incur a $25 late fee per registration. This year's theme is "Look To The Future: Redeem The Time," Colossians 4:5-6.

The youth group and adults will share a Silly Supper served by the youth.
We will eat at the Brookings Pizza Ranch at 6 p.m. and we will bowl at the Brookings Prairie Lanes at 7 p.m.
The church will hold a potluck meal after the morning service (9:30 am) followed by an afternoon service in place of the evening service.
This year's Christmas program will be held on Dec. 24 during the morning service.
On October 8, hear Prospero Cacal present what God is doing in the Philippines. We expect he will be with us for both morning and evening services.
He hopes to have his entire family with him.
